Steve Brown came with a high recommendation. He was friendly, competent, and kept his commitments. He returned phone calls in a timely fashion. This had been a problem with other service people. Steve was exceptional in this area. He approached our situation professionally and did more than we expected to accommodate us. We couldn't have asked for better results.
