Steve Brown came with a high recommendation. He was friendly, competent, and kept his commitments. He returned phone calls in a timely fashion. This had been a problem with other service people. Steve was exceptional in this area. He approached our situation professionally and did more than we expected to accommodate us. We couldn't have asked for better results. more

We recently had a burst pipe in our beautiful newly renovated kitchen and our insurance company called Service First. Within 30 minutes of our agent's call, Rick was at our door providing us with assurance and confidence that we would be taken care of in an expedited manner. I was immediately relieved and a felt a bit of comfort that our job was first priority to their team. Rick came in the next morning with a great staff of workers that immediately started working on the destruction. They safely & efficiently blocked off the areas in my house that were damaged so that my small children would not be able to access them. They gently removed our belongings from the cabinets and placed them with care where I requested. They were so thoughtful and very kind as we were so stressed from the massive damage in our home. The greatest thing about them was, they showed genuine care and concern for our situation. They wanted to provide the best service and quality for us. They checked in multiple times per day to remediate our water damage. They took a minimalist approach to pulling up our floors and walls to make sure that they didn't do more than what was needed. I can't say enough about this company! If there were 2 words to describe Service First and my terrible experience with water damage from a burst pipe it would be EFFICIENCY & CARE! Great company and would highly recommend calling them if you have any damage to your home! more

Services 1st Restoration was referred to me by my broker and I can understand why. They are a very professional organization and got things done in a timely manner. They always kept me in the loop as to what they were going to do. When I contacted them they were always ready to spend a moment with me to explain what was going on and what I could expect. And, my call was always returned in a timely manner if the appropriate person for me with speak with was unavailable. Finally, in my case they had to work on a tenant occupied dwelling. I was happy with the dryout work Service First did on my house. Rick came right away and scoped out the damage and Robert came every day to make sure everything was going good. I hope I don't need to, but I would use Service First again if I had another leak. more

Terri was was extremely helpful in explaining the full extent of my potential damages and was quick to activate the response team to my home. Rick was very careful to inform me of the entire dismantle and restoration process. He made me feel extremely comfortable in what t o expect and how to maneuver through the process with handling and settling claims, he really knows his work! Roberto, as he introduced himself, was extremely thorough and exacting in the dismantle process. He was very precise and careful as to what needed to be done. His follow-up was on time and thorough and not rushed, he took the time to be sure the process was working properly and thoroughly completed be the final steps were taken. His assistant, Carlos,was also very gracious and polite during the time he was here. Over I am very pleased with your service and would recommend it to anyone in the future. more
