Services 1st Restoration was referred to me by my broker and I can understand why. They are a very professional organization and got things done in a timely manner. They always kept me in the loop as to what they were going to do. When I contacted them they were always ready to spend a moment with me to explain what was going on and what I could expect. And, my call was always returned in a timely manner if the appropriate person for me with speak with was unavailable. Finally, in my case they had to work on a tenant occupied dwelling.
