Two days ago my roommates informed me they were backing out of a lease, leaving me homeless, so I drove down to auburn during my Christmas break. I found an apartment through northcutt last minute and signed my lease and paid the application fee and security deposit ($600). They called me less than 24 hours later and told me they gave my apartment away and that I can't have my money back for a WEEK because some papers weren't filled out that they had emailed to my dad (no indication on the email said he needed to sign anything)! They were fully aware of my situation. Two years ago I rented from them in ross park and they give no notification on when they walk in your house. Overall they are by far the WORST realty company in Auburn.
