Today I had my annual inspection. James H. greeted me with professionalism and hospitality. Of course, he was in his Red Cap attire, including those stylish red 'shoes'. He asked if we had any concerns and then checked our pipes and fixtures for any hazards. We decided the outside nozzles needed replacing. They were rusted and very hard to turn. He did a great job replacing them and was very knowledgable. He was very nice and I recommend James and Red Cap plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.
