I am from out of state and stopped by Raleigh Tire to have my tires balanced Friday, June 28, 2013 on my 09 Lincoln MKS. The result of the service was horrible which was not discovered until I was on my way back to VA. The vibration felt was worst than it was prior to receiving service. The tire pressure in the R front tire was grossly over inflated to 40 PSI, the technician did not replace the correct tire valve stems on the tires. As I was driving the TPMS sensor came on within 7 hours of a 15 hour trip and remained on throughout the trip, I feel I was overcharged and received poor service, I have to take my car to another dealer to have the problem fixed. Meanwhile I will be calling Raleigh Tire Service to complain and request a full refund. more
