Raleigh Tire Service

I spoke to the manager on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 and explained my concern for the service that I received on Friday, July 28, 2013 at this location. He was very courteous and understanding and willing to resolve my concern in a manner that was desired by me the customer. more

I am from out of state and stopped by Raleigh Tire to have my tires balanced Friday, June 28, 2013 on my 09 Lincoln MKS. The result of the service was horrible which was not discovered until I was on my way back to VA. The vibration felt was worst than it was prior to receiving service. The tire pressure in the R front tire was grossly over inflated to 40 PSI, the technician did not replace the correct tire valve stems on the tires. As I was driving the TPMS sensor came on within 7 hours of a 15 hour trip and remained on throughout the trip, I feel I was overcharged and received poor service, I have to take my car to another dealer to have the problem fixed. Meanwhile I will be calling Raleigh Tire Service to complain and request a full refund. more

I recently went to their Cordova location to buy tires and was in and out in no time at all. They were very fast and efficient. They had the brand of tires that I was looking for and even told me about a new the new line that had just came out. THey were able to answer all my questions with ease and made buying tires quite easy. more
