So we wake up to find our hot water heater hemorrhaging water. We came across these testimonials and had reservations as negative comments of course make you think…but how often do happy people take the time to post positive feedback? We knew our PSEG worry free contract utilized JT O’Brien and made the call. It’s 7:15AM when we call and place the order. At 7:30 AM, JT O’Brien confirms the appointment for between 9 – 11AM. They amazingly show up at 9:30. Omar was so professional, talented, and cleaned up very well upon completion of his work. They took away the old tank, connected the vent line, and got the permit for us. They offered a great warranty for parts and labor on the tank as well. And I made it to work by noon. As for cost, I agree, it was on the higher side but when disasters strike, do you have time to price shop? We’re happy and will use them again for sure!
