I am a do it yourself person, I know that pros really hate to come and clean up the mess that we do it yourselfer's create. When Don and his apprentice came out to help me get the stem out of my shower they were nice, friendly, clean and amazingly told me that I almost had it myself. They finished my job and the price was right.
