I am very upset. I made an appointment to have my cat groomed and I showed up at the appointed time (taking time off from work) and was left waiting at the door outside (the appointment was set for a time before the store opened but the groomer is available). I called the groomer and also saw people inside but no one helped. My cat does not like car rides so I put him though this trauma without getting his hair groomed. I will NEVER use Just Pets. Very rude not to call me - I guess their time is more valuable than mine and appointments mean nothing! Go somewhere else if you value your time and pet.
