Just a quick note to express my and my family's appreciation for the FANTASTIC customer service your team has been providing to us personally over the past few months.... We travel back and forth between Grand Rapids, MI and Nashville on a fairly regular basis as one of our sons attends school there. This spring we had a tire blow out on us near Peru and we made our way into your service area for a replacement. Your team received us in a warm and friendly way, removed and replaced the spare and had us on our way to Nashville in record time.... The flat was a pain but our experience at Penske Honda was wonderful!!
