Good: We ordered windows as a result of their appearance at a Westlake Village home show. Nice guys. The windows they installed were, and seven years later, are of excellent quality and durability. I'm very happy with the product they installed.. Bad: Follow-up totally sucked. The caulking was not done well and I had to redo some of it myself. I finally gave up calling them. They, however, had no problem in calling me for referrals.. Improvements: Man up! Treat your customers like you want them to see them again. We are not one-night stands!.
