I have been attended by hairstylist Elizabeth Colon, she is so professional and attentive that I have brought my wife by and my wife loves her as well. I recommend this to anyone that is looking for great service and professionals that will help you choose what is right for you. Worst salon ever! The owner is crazy and rude. She shut off the AC to try and kick me and the stylist out! She kept hovering calling me difficult and complicated. Stylist BUTCHERED my hair!!!!!!!!! I asked for SIX inches to be cut off and she cut off TWELVE!!!!!!!!!! had to get my hair fixed at another salon because my bangs were crooked and my hair was longer on one side! more

I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do with my curly hair until I went to Brooke at IBI Aveda Salon. She gave me a great haircut and and new style. She showed me how to style my hair with the be curly line by aveda. I am so excited about my new look! I felt so pampered when she gave me a nice neck and shoulder massage too. It was so relaxing. I am impressed with the staff at ibi Aveda Concept Salon. Everyone is courteous and informative. They know their products and the stylists are color experts. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair color from my co-workers. The Aveda Black Malva shampoo and conditioner is great. Thanks Mallory for the suggestion and I love the new hair style. First of all. I want to state that my hair was marvelous! Brook did a wonderful job, took her time and really listened to what I wanted while making helpful suggestions. I was so happy with how it had turned out but when I went to pay (mind you I had already paid 50 dollars toward their groupon that stated I'd receive $160 of my visit) I was informed that I'd have to pay another 50 dollars on top of my groupon. Which means my highlights and hair cut would have been $210...which they admittedly upsold because it was a 'groupon'. If you are going to change your fees on a person to person, discount to discount basis you should let your clients know what they are getting into beforehand. I would love to have my hair done again by Brook but honestly dont want to go back to that salon again because of they way they schemed with their groupon. Thanks again BROOK more

I have been into this salon many times because I am loyal to my stylist. However, she, another talented stylist, and their new assistant are the only talent in the building. I initially referred many people to this salon but now only refer to my stylist. For some reason, despite the fact that they requested specific stylists, my friends were given to the salon owner or her daughter. Suffice it to say they did not return and I looked like an idiot for referring.\r \r I have heard far too many complaints about this salon, the owner, and her daughter that I also believe that she is posting the reviews herself. There is no way that the experience my friends and I have had are reflected in the reviews I am reading on this site.\r \r Give the salon a chance, just beware and insist on the stylist you have asked for. more

Having had cancer twice, I have ""difficult"" hair -- thinning and full of cowlicks. Moreover, I am an older woman and I want something that is age-appropriate, easy to reproduce at home, and sophisticated enough to wear at formal events. It's a tall order but Kin Xuxa, my stylist extraordinaire, listens and delivers. Kin is also very kind, attentive and offers creative suggestions that make my short hairstyle appear more flattering. IBI is a high class salon that treats its clientele like cherished friends. IBI is also attempting to ""go green"" with products that are less toxic to its clients and the environment. I am from New York and moved here two years ago. I am extremely lucky that I found Laura from ibi Salon to cut my hair. She gave me the best hair cut ever. Not only is Ibi's Salon conveniently close to shops and fabulous restaurants, I walked in and got the best cut and styling ever!! I've been to salons all over Orlando but never been so satisfied and confident walking out of a salon. I've been coming to Ibi for 6 months now and my hair has never looked this healthy. My old hairdresser fried my hair and Ibi slowly brought my hair back to life with a really cool haircut along the way.
