I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY ARE VERY RUDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY EVEN CURSE IN FRONT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. RUINED THE CLOTHING THAT WAS TAKEN TO THEM. ALL OF THEM RUINED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER. THEY MESSED UP THE DRESS I TOOK THEM TO DO ALTERATION. THEY MESSED UP THE FABRIC. EVEN IF I ASKED HER IF SHE CAN DO IT, SHE KEPT TELLING ME NO PROBLEM. SO I LEFT THERE. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE DRESS, SHE KEPT SAYIN IT IS OK. BUT THE FABRIC WAS MESSED UP. SHE KEPT SAYING IT IS SMALL, CAN NOT SEE (AT LEAST THAT WHAT I UNDERSTOOD FROM HER. WAS HARD TO UNDERSTAND, SINCE SHE CAN NOT SPEAK ENGLISH MUCH). SHE CALLED HER SON WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH. SO I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I AM NOT PAYING, HE IS LIKE YOU HAVE TO PAY. I PAID BECAUSE I HAVE WEDDING TO GO TOMORROW AND DONT HAVE TIME TO BUY NEW DRESS. THEY DID NOT EVEN IRON THE DRESS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO GO THIS PLACE EVER. NEVER AND EVER. I have never been so disrespected as a customer! The entire time the lady was pinning me up, she was complaining about how busy they were and how long i was taking. she refused to do things because ""it would require too much work."" i should have walked out because she was BEYOND rude but i was desperate to get my clothes tailored before vacation. when i went to pay, she said she couldn't have it done in time and continued to give me a horrible attitude, which drove me to the point of telling her to forget it and that i would take my business elsewhere. she began to scream at me and curse at me and demand that i pay her for her time (i actually gave her money just to make her calm down bc she totally lost it on me and i just wanted to get my clothes back and get out of there as soon as possible). i was shocked by my experience, especially as a returning customer, and i would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. it is important to note that i have never posted a negative review before on citysearch but this experience compelled me to warn everyone against coming here.
