price for work done was way too high!!!!

Six stars! 3/14/2018

I had Derron and Pat out yesterday to diagnose and fix an issue with our floor drain backing up. Pat was very knowledgeable as to what could be the cause of the issue and was able to correctly diagnose it within minutes. He offered 3 estimates for different services and I was able to choose the option that worked best for our budget. When Derron arrived, his professionalism and experience mirrored Pat's. They were able to clear the clog in a timely manner and showed me with the camera that the drain was open. Before leaving they cleaned the area they worked in and offered ways to prevent the issue from happening again as well as an estimate for replacing the pipe in the floor so we had an idea what we might be looking at in the future. It was a very satisfying experience and did not cost as much as I had anticipated. WyattWorks has earned a customer for life. more

Sump pump was replaced and wired in. 3/10/2018

Our technician was Jamal, he was prompt, friendly and courteous. The office followed up about our experience, making sure everything was done right and that we had a pleasant experience. Calling a plumber is like a trip to the dentist...no one likes it. That being said, they were honest -and open and the company seemed to really value service. Would definitely give them my business again. more

While I only dealt with Rebecca, the office manager, my husband had nothing but good things to say about the three who came out to take care of our plugged drains. He said they were friendly, professional, cleaned up very well after themselves and, most importantly, fixed our problem! more

Good, clean job changing a hot water tank. 3/5/2018

Only had one problem ever and it was a buy item (shallow well pump) that began short cycling. Wyatt came the next morning and adjusted it. They've been here many times and I've never been disappointed. Great people in the office also. more

I am very pleased with the technicians Derron Thompson. He had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself and gave helpful tips. I would absolutely reuse and recommend Wyatt Works for my plumbing needs more

We were thoroughly impressed with the level of compassion, thoughtfulness and professionalism displayed by the folks at WyattWorks, From Rebecca to Shawna (apologies if spelled incorrectly), Derron, David and Andy. I am doubtful any other plumbers would've been able to diagnose and perform an extremely difficult repair, and truly believe a higher power led us to finding this company. more

AJ and the office staff at WyattWorks were extremely professional and communicated with us regarding the job every step of the way. We were quoted for a partial waterline replacement, but due to an issue when digging the line out, the entire line was replaced (at no additional cost to us) and the job was still completed in one day. We are thankful that we know now who to call if we ever need help again! Thank you for the good work. more

AJ showed up on time, did an amazing job and informed me of progress quite often. He did an extremely challenging job very fast and properly. I would suggest this company to anyone looking to get the job done right. I will 100% be using their services again and I will never use any other plumbing service. The price was also beyond reasonable. Most company's would have charged 4 times what I was charged. Beyond satisfied with my experience. more
