Our technician was Jamal, he was prompt, friendly and courteous. The office followed up about our experience, making sure everything was done right and that we had a pleasant experience. Calling a plumber is like a trip to the dentist...no one likes it. That being said, they were honest -and open and the company seemed to really value service. Would definitely give them my business again.
