My two toilets were installed to my satisfaction. My only complaint would be the service was booked for a certain day and they never showed up. I waited all day and had to finally call to see if they were still coming. I was told they will be there next day and they were, just not first on the list. Still had to wait most of the day before service man showed. That was 1st toilet. 2nd one came the following Monday. more

Had a "pinpoint" leak somewhere :-) Water in the walls, on the sink etc 9/14/2018

Rocky came over and found it , fixed it , and cleaned up after - great service. Options offered as to what I could do to temp fix it or , REALLY fix it - so we REALLY fixed it :-) How he found it is beyond me, but he did and it's perfect. Definitely recommended and will use WyattWorks again ! I more

Darren and the Plumbing 9/10/2018

Darren went above and beyond to find the source of the problem and didn't stop until he figured out what was causing the issue. He made sure the problem was solved to our satisfaction (and his :) ) and gave us a warranty in case of an additional problem. Way to go Darren!! more

Srvc. kept me posted all throughout the day as to when their associate will be arriving . Although the job cost was higher than anticipated, the work and all options were discussed prior. They were able to complete the repair in only a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend. Rebecca in the main office even followed up to make sure things went well. more

Expensive, not emergency any more 9/3/2018

I had used this plumber once before and was satisfied with the service, although I thought it was expensive. I was not aware that this company no longer had emergency service. They did their best to accommodate me when I called, but I'm not sure my regular, non-emergency plumber, couldn't have managed to get there in the same amount of time. They replaced my water pressure regulator valve. The cost was exactly twice what it cost me the last time I had this done. I also think they set the pressure too high for my very old house and plumbing fixtures. more

He completed the job in a timely manner and suggested preventative measures that would mitigate future problems. Called the day before asking for work to be done in a short window. Very friendly and helpful on the phone. Rocky came out the next morning. He was awesome, finished the work quickly. He could not have been more professional and friendly. Clearly my go to plumbers going forward! more

WyattWorks Plumbing responded to my problem of a gas leak in my basement very promptly and kept me advised at to when I could expect someone to show up. Larry did a thorough job of assessing the situation and provided me with several options to address the problem. He then did the repairs in a very systematic manner; his work was very professional, it looked like he has done this many times before and knew exactly what he was doing. When he was done pressure tested the gas lines and had me call the gas company to restore service. Needless to say the work was found to be satisfactory by the gas company and they restored the gas service. more
