My two toilets were installed to my satisfaction. My only complaint would be the service was booked for a certain day and they never showed up. I waited all day and had to finally call to see if they were still coming. I was told they will be there next day and they were, just not first on the list. Still had to wait most of the day before service man showed. That was 1st toilet. 2nd one came the following Monday.
