Wyatt Works has been a pleasure to work with. From the beginning, Emily the receptionist was awesome in getting all of the details about my needs and situation and was very prompt in responding with an appointment time. Darren, the plumber, was wonderful. He explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly and helpful. He got my plumbing problem fixed right away and was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be calling them again of I have any more plumbing issues. more

Faucet replacement 6/27/2018

I found the service good and the faucet replacement went smooth and done in 45 minutes. The faucets appear to be middle of the road or so so. I was rather surprised at the cost. I thought it would be half of what it was. In the future I would request an estimate on any service more

Excellent attention 6/23/2018

Both Wyatt sons came to our house to personally see what the problems were, came back later that day to correct the immediate one, and explained in detail what our options were. We were very impressed with their attention to our concerns and the clarity of their explanations of what might be the causes of our situation. We still have a major part of the job on schedule (pressure-jetting sewer pipes, followed by camera views of the line), so fingers crossed for now. more

Could be better 6/13/2018

They did a pretty good job. But if I was a plumber I could have done better. The drain from the washer they left to empty on the floor, instead of putting it back in the new wash tub. Also I had a 4 foot hose on the sink. I told them I wanted to keep. But It is gone, they took it. And when taking out the old sink, there was a lot of debris on the ground. It would have been easy to sweep it up before putting in the new sink. They put in the new sink, and did not clean up. I had to get a little brush and get down on my knees to sweep around the sink legs. more

I was very pleased with service provided by Chad, the technician, he let me know my options as to the work needed and the costs. He explained what he was doing and why it was needed. He was on time and very pleasant. The work performed was quite satisfactory. I will not hesitate to call again if I have any other plumbing concerns. more

Good service 6/8/2018

Friendly tech Derron came. He gave an estimated price. He spent 3 hour here checking out every possible cause to our problem. He talked me through everything. He ran water and dye through all my pipes. Gave me multiple options to repair. Then he charged me... the estimated price! I was expecting him to tack more on after all that time and service. He then emailed me a copy of his report and all the photos he took. The one down side is that he was much later than the scheduled appointment. After seeing the amount of work he put in, I can see why. The office continued to call through the day and keep me updated on his time. I didn't care as I was home all day anyway. more

Plumbing repair and installation 6/7/2018

Repairman/installer was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and fast. I initially was only getting a sink pipe repaired but decided to replace my pedestal sink with a vanity and purchase a new toilet. He provided pricing options as well as item selections. I would recommend and use WyattWorks Plumbing again. more
