Friendly tech Derron came. He gave an estimated price. He spent 3 hour here checking out every possible cause to our problem. He talked me through everything. He ran water and dye through all my pipes. Gave me multiple options to repair. Then he charged me... the estimated price! I was expecting him to tack more on after all that time and service. He then emailed me a copy of his report and all the photos he took. The one down side is that he was much later than the scheduled appointment. After seeing the amount of work he put in, I can see why. The office continued to call through the day and keep me updated on his time. I didn't care as I was home all day anyway.
