Great Job! 11/22/2016

Wyatt Works have been there for us when we needed them most! They have completed work on schedule and the house is cleaned up when they are finished. Over the years they have replaced a water heater, various plumbing parts, installed a bathroom, and replumbed our entire home. No question I would recommend them over and over again! more

Knowledgeable,polite,and very neat and clean. 11/18/2016

Luke was a joy to deal with. I trust this whole family. He replaced my old sump pump with a new one and a water powered back up sump pump. All pipes were neatly replaced with new ones. Such a great feeling to trust who is working in your home which is usually most peoples biggest asset. I will recommend them to friends and family. I specifically requested Luke so the girls keeping me updated as to when he were available were always kind and patient with me . Thanks for being such a great family ,so important to have excellent customer service and professionalism. more

Jamal is the third tech from WyattWorks that's worked on my plumbing and just like the other two, Jamal was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything, provided my options and completed the job quickly and most importantly correctly. As I said before, WyattWorks is the only plumber I will always call. more

We didn't get other quotes because we wanted to get the job done. Not sure if quote would have been equal to others. Ben was very considerate but kind of hard to follow. Maybe he should draw pictures while he explains. more

they charged me 49 bucks just to come over 11/9/2016

usually they roll the service charge into the costs of service but they did not do it this time. and they didn't fix anything on my well and it still cost 200 bucks just for them to tell me what the previous plumber told me, they were polite enough but I feel I should have gotten more for 250 bucks. especially since they didn't fix anything and I was forced to pay a third company to fix well. RESPONSE FROM WyattWorks Plumbing: We contacted the customer, discussed the job and made the appropriate refund. Thank you for the feedback! more

We have used Wyatt a few times in the past, and they have never left us disappointed. This time we had Benjamin, and he was great! He not only did an expert job on the repair but he took the time to walk us through the problem and possible solutions. We felt he gave us the info we needed to get the issue fixed for good. The level of customer service that Benjamin and the office staff provide is awesome and much appreciated! more

Customer service (Emily) is very friendly, accommodating and communicative. The technician (Jamal) was friendly, knowledgable, extremely competent and great at communicating the options, procedures and billing. I felt I was in good hands at every step and am very satisfied with the work. more

Wanted to repair or replace 4 outdoor faucets and repair a basement sump tank where the house footer drain separated from the tank and was draining to the foundation. Also wanted to deal with an algae problem in the hot water heater. This work wasn't urgent, but we were scheduled in for the week after the initial call and were kept appraised throughout the week of the day and time of their arrival by the Office (Emily). We agreed to a delay of a day due to the lousy weather and the need to do the outdoor faucets. Luke Wyatt came with Blake (newly hired) and provided an estimate for 5 options after a detailed walkdown. Option prices were a bit higher than I expected but I settled for the middle option which addressed all items I wanted to get done as described above and didn't include any bells or whistles. They started at about 1:00pm and finished six hours later. They were efficient and worked well together, and importantly, took care in not tracking mud around given the recent rain and the necessary outdoor and indoor work. In addition, they helped to isolate a problem with the existing upstream water chlorination system that was causing a loss of flow and pressure when multiple taps were on and replaced a broken well pump pressure gage gratis and confirmed the well pump operating pressure range which again helped isolate overall pressure issues to the chlorination tank. (This help was appreciated as it helped me to later deal with the chlorination system company as it was still under warranty.) All requested repairs were completed in a quality manner and they packed up and departed leaving everything in a clean condition. more

Super Knowledgable 10/22/2016

We were having a sewer issue, for the 3rd time in a year and we called Wyatt Works on a referral to see if we could get a better understanding of why our sewer kept backing up. Ben came out right away and found our access point in the yard right away (which our other plumber who was supposed to be well versed in older homes said we didn't have) and found our issue (massive tree roots). They used up to date technology and give you an estimate before any work is performed, so you know what you are going to pay, even if it takes them all day! So, with that technology, they are also a little more expensive than your old school plumber. But in our case, it was worth it to know that the job was done 100% and not 85%. Hopefully we won't need a plumber for a while, but if we do, we will be sure to call Wyatt Works! more

Quality work, professional service technicians 10/22/2016

Professional, knowledgeable, polite. Explained 3 or 4 options for repair of the issue. Each option was priced by the job, not subject to extra time or materials. They did quality work. They spotted and fixed an unrelated problem at no additional cost to us. Our only concern was that it took several days to get the company here. They did keep us informed about the delays, and did say they would fit us in on their schedule if another job was completed ahead of schedule. We will use them again for plumbing needs. more
