usually they roll the service charge into the costs of service but they did not do it this time. and they didn't fix anything on my well and it still cost 200 bucks just for them to tell me what the previous plumber told me, they were polite enough but I feel I should have gotten more for 250 bucks. especially since they didn't fix anything and I was forced to pay a third company to fix well.
