Jamal did a great job. He showed me exactly what the problem was and explained how he would go about fixing it. So nice that the job can be done the same day and he had all materials needed. He reviewed everything with me once the job was done. I also love that I can get all the paperwork emailed to me on the spot! Would definitely recommend! more

Very Pleased 7/25/2016

We had a leaky kitchen facet. IInstead of repairing it, we decided to purchase a new one and have it installed by Wyatt. The technician, Benjamin Weinberger, was quite through and friendly. We are quite pleased with our new facet and no leaks. more

I had Joshua and Carmine come to my home to evaluate several issues me and my wife had been having with the 2.5 baths we have in the house. They did a complete evaluation of my system and provided me with an informative explanation of the what my problems were and gave me options to fix them with upfront pricing. Upon selecting the options I wanted they were able to perform the work same day! Highly recommend! more

Flooded Basement 7/18/2016

We had discovered that our basement was flooded. WyattWorks was able to send somebody out on a Saturday to help us. Carmen came out and helped us fix our sump pump which caused our flooding. He was very professional. We had some choices to select from to solve this problem. We selected a solution and the repair was made. We are completely satisfied with this company and we would use them again. more

Hot Water Tank Replacement 7/15/2016

I have been using Wyatt Works for almost 10 years now and they are phenomenal. They back up anything they tell you they will do and you will not find a more professional team! From the courteous initial contact with the office to the communication throughout the work getting completed. They set time for appointment and were on time, very knowledgeble inspection and competitive quote and worked efficiently and cleaned up right behind the work that they did. The service is next to none and I will recommend to anyone I speak with. Luke is a true professional of his craft!!! Thank you! more

My service technician was prompt and courteous. Ben assessed the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He was very attentive to the problem and gave me instructions on how to keep the problem from returning. It was the kind of service call one hopes to get. Everyone was very courteous and helpful making it a good experience. more

Courteous and Knowledable 7/7/2016

I called WyattWorks when my usual plumber service was unable to help me (holiday weekend) with a clogged toilet. Wyatt Work was also busy but put me on a wait list . A few hours later I had a plumber at my door and my toilet fixed!! He was very courteous and rates were reasonable. I even had him fix a very annoying leaky faucet before he left! I will call them again when the need arises. more

Experienced and Professional 6/30/2016

Customer service employees were great. They kept me informed and were in constant contact to find the best time and date for a technician to come to do the work. The technicians were exceptionally professional, experienced, personable and went above and beyond the minimum required of their work. I was provided with multiple repair options in order to find what would work best for my situation and budget. I Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. more

Quality work! Excellent employees! 6/27/2016

So pleased-- the only problem was price. I thought it was too expensive. For almost $3,000 for an afternoon's work, I would have expected Moen faucets and a rainhead shower head. The servicemen were outstanding! Jamal and Benjamin were clean, tidy, personable, polite, professional, and did really quality work. Again, terrific company, would highly recommend, but I would say they are pricey. more
