We were having a sewer issue, for the 3rd time in a year and we called Wyatt Works on a referral to see if we could get a better understanding of why our sewer kept backing up. Ben came out right away and found our access point in the yard right away (which our other plumber who was supposed to be well versed in older homes said we didn't have) and found our issue (massive tree roots). They used up to date technology and give you an estimate before any work is performed, so you know what you are going to pay, even if it takes them all day! So, with that technology, they are also a little more expensive than your old school plumber. But in our case, it was worth it to know that the job was done 100% and not 85%. Hopefully we won't need a plumber for a while, but if we do, we will be sure to call Wyatt Works!
