My husband got me a giftcard for new years .And i was very excited to go, this is the most beautiful and cleanest place i have ever been in, the people there are nice an friendly. i had the best massage and facial ever in my life the rooms are amazon and when it was time to do my manicure and pedicure the sound of the waterfalls put me to sleep. I had an appointment for a pedicure and body massage for 11:30am and needed to wait for an hour before I was called in to start my treatments. I was requested to pay up front and was also required to pay mandatory 20% tip. The staff was unprofessional and unhappy. I feel this place is overpriced and I left very disappointed. Love going to contour day spa. Just opened my mail - received a 15% discount card along with a $15.00 gift card. The atmosphere and ambiance is second-to-none, and the prices are extremely competitive. It's like a relaxation oasis in the middle of South Florida. I can't wait to go again for a 1/2 day. Now that I am thinking about it, I am gonna call right now to book again. My friend is going though chemo treatments. I spend those days with her. Knowing that the owner of the Contour Day Spa is a supporter of the cancer foundation, I called to see what can a day spa do to make my friend feel better. I was told the leave a message to the owner - she takes care of these matters herself. I was quite surprise to receive a call that very evening from Fanit, the owner. I was taken by her level of compassion, understanding knowledge of how my freind is reacting to the treatment, including the skin and nail conditions. She informed me of what was neccessary for me to do - including doctor's release and approuval to receive certain treatments. The treatments were completly FREE!!! more

Overpriced, impersonal, staff unhappy. You are required to pay up front with a mandatory 20% tip. You must know the the exact service you desire so you can pay correctly. Example: several diff. facials to choose from, I said I would like to discuss this with the aesthetician which one would be appropriate for my skin, would make sense. Nah, must pick and pay. Facial was not good and massage mediocre. I have been to many spa type places and this was the worst. I was told to be there at 230 and was called for my appt. at 345. I cannot recommend the place. more

THIS FRIDAY I HAD THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE, MY HUSBAND WAS LATE FROM COMING TO WORK THE NIGHT BEFORE AND I HAD KIDS SCREAMING IN MY EAR BECAUSE SPRING BREAK WAS COMING UP BUT AS I WAS CLEANING I SPOTTED A GIFT CERTIFICATE THAT WAS THREE YEARS OLD. I RUSHED AND CALLED TO ASK WAS IT STILL VALID AND THE YOUNG LADY NAMED DEANENE ON THE PHONE WAS OH SO NICE SHE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE GIFT CERTIFICATES NEVER EXPIRE AND EVEN IF I LOST IT I CAN COME IN WITH MY DRIVERS LISCENCE AND STILL REDEEM THE PACKAGE. I CAME IN LATER ON THAT DAY AND RECIEVED A REFLEXOLOGY PEDICURE AND A JOURNEY TO EDEN. I WENT INTO THIS ROOM WHERE IT WAS FILLED WITH STARS AND THE MUSIC WAS SOOTHING AND EVERYONE WAS WHISPERING I FELT LIKE I WAS AT PEACE WITHIN MY SKIN. I WAS THERE FOR MORE THAN 4 HOURS AND I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. I HAD TO WAIT FOR 5 TO 10 MINTUES BUT I WAS OFFERED BAGELS, WATER AND TEA AND ASKED WOULD I LIKE TO GO TO THE SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM. I CHCKED OUT AND IT WAS EASY LEAVING BECAUSE I ALREADY PRE-PAID AND ALL THEY DID WAS ENETER THE TICKETS AND I WAS OUT OF THERE I WILL BE BACK AND VERY SOON I HOPE. MY HUSBAND OWES ME THAT MUCH!!!!! All I can say is "WOW". I was having an extremely rough day at the office so I decided that I was going to leave a little early because I could feel my spirit being dragged down by the day. Has anything like that ever happen to you before? If you are human, than I am sure it has. In any event, I was on my way home on my regular route through plantation when an extremely beautiful building caught my attention as I was driving by. At the same time I was driving by, my wife called me on my Cell phone so I asked her," Have you ever seen this beautiful, Mediterranean looking building across the street from the Broward Mall?" She replied "Of Course! That is the Contour Day Spa!" I than began to tell her how rough of a day I had and she told me to stop in and get a deep-tissue massage. I have never done the "Spa Thing" so I said "What the Hell!" I walked in through the front door and was greeted by a smiling and happy staff. It was almost infectious, as I started to feel better before the service even started. I did not have an appointment, but they were able to accomodate me anyways. When I walked out of that service, I was in shock at hom much better I felt. I kept saying to myself, "You gotta do this more often." It's a hard feeling to explain. Besides the obvious fact that my stress level was reduced and my body felt sooo much better, I almost fell high. It was like all of my senses were hightened. I left, went home and slept like a baby. The Contour Day Spa comes very highly reccomended by myself. It is not by accident that they have emerged as the elite spas in the area. I will come back every time. sincerely, Busy professional p.s. LAST YEAR MY STEPFATHER GAVE ME A GIFT CERTIFICATE TO CONTOUR DAY SPA FOR CHRISTMAS BUT I NEVER WENT IN DUE TO THE FACT THAT I LOST THE CARD. THIS YEAR I WAS PASSING BUY AND SAID TO MY SELF LET ME TAKE A CHANCE TO SEE IF THERES A WAY THE CAN FIND THE TRANSACTION FOR ME. UPON ARRIVAL THE YOUNG LADY AT THE DESK HELPED ME THROUGH A EASY STEP PROCESS SH ASKED ME FOR THE PURCHASERS NAME AND PULLED UP MY LAST NAME. I WAS SO EXCITED I FOUND OUT I HAD A OPEN CARD FOR 400 DOLLARS WHAT A GREAT STEPDAD I SAID TO MYSELF. I HURRIED AND CALLED MY JOB AND SAID ILL BE LATE AND RECIEVED A FULL BODY MASSAGE THAT WAS RELAXING FROM HEAD TO TOE. I THAN FOLLOWED TO A AREA THAT LOOKS LIKE THE FUTURE OF HEAVEN IT WAS MELLOW, QUIET AND RELAXING. I THAN HAD A LUNCH WHICH WAS OK BUT THE EMPLOYEES THERE WHERE SUPER NICE AND MADE ME FEEL AT HOME THEY ALSO THROUGH IN COMPLIMENTARY HAND PARRAFFIN TREATMENTS. IF YOU SAY THERE NOTHING IN LIFE FOR FREE THAT WAS WRONG THEY TRY THERE BEST THERE TO MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED. The hot stone massage, facial, and pedicure I had were fine, not amazing, but fine. I found the staff to be unfriendly, unprofessional(mingling in the hall, chatting, sitting around) and clearly not interested in customer service. I've been to Sonoma Mission Inn, Breakers, Eden Rock to name a few and Contour can't compare. Women go to the spa and pay those prices for customer service and pampering. Neither of which I received. Anytime I asked a staff member where something was (bathroom, showers, waiting room, water) all I got was a point in the direction of "over there". I even got the point for "the robes & slippers are over there" upon check in. The building is 2 floors, my first 2 treatments were upstairs and my pedicure was down, all they said to me was go downstairs, I wandered around and asked 3 times before I finally got to the right place. There are 2 women's locker rooms both upstairs one on each side of the staircase. The locker room on the east side doesn't have bathrooms or showers in it. How can you have a locker room w/out showers? You had to go across the building to the other side to use the shower. Poor layout, they should have spent more time on the layout of the locker rooms and less time on that ridiculous grand meaningless staircase. The free coffee, tea, and water(if you could find a pitcher that wasnt empty) they offered were cheap and not special(you can even make tap water special with slices of fresh citrus). Zero fresh fruit or snacks(I guess they really want you to buy the junk in their cafe). Zero attention to detail. In the showers the shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers were either broken off the wall, empty, or clogged. At least they had shampoo that I could use as bodywash. Ive been buying gift certificates for years and Im embarrassed that I gave them as gifts. The place is beautiful but thats about it, its all a facade. Love this place! I was at the Broward Mall trying unsuccessfully to find my wife a gift. Was heading out of the parking lot with nothing and saw the spa across the street. Pulled in and a sweet kid behind the desk helped me pick out a spa package that was pretty cheap, and believe me I would have paid anything just to be done......my wife loved it! Come to find out they even have a drive thru set up for all majoy holidays so u don't even have to get out of your car....ya just gotta love these guys. You just can't go wrong with this place believe me.....recommend they highly Pros: quick, easy and a beautiful place Cons: none in my book more

As a long time spa user, I was thrilled to finally find a world class spa in Broward. I have been to both of this spa's locations and am hooked. I was so impressed that I recently arranged a "Day at the Spa" for a group of 12 and a great time was had by all. We started off with Sauna and steam rooms then had a one hour massage. Next we where served lunch on the terrace and finished up with manicure and pedicures. We had an amazeing day for a third of the price of some of the other "spas" in the area. I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable and the place is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend the place. Pros: inexpensive Cons: need to book early more
