All I can say is "WOW". I was having an extremely rough day at the office so I decided that I was going to leave a little early because I could feel my spirit being dragged down by the day. Has anything like that ever happen to you before? If you are human, than I am sure it has. In any event, I was on my way home on my regular route through plantation when an extremely beautiful building caught my attention as I was driving by. At the same time I was driving by, my wife called me on my Cell phone so I asked her," Have you ever seen this beautiful, Mediterranean looking building across the street from the Broward Mall?" She replied "Of Course! That is the Contour Day Spa!" I than began to tell her how rough of a day I had and she told me to stop in and get a deep-tissue massage. I have never done the "Spa Thing" so I said "What the Hell!" I walked in through the front door and was greeted by a smiling and happy staff. It was almost infectious, as I started to feel better before the service even started. I did not have an appointment, but they were able to accomodate me anyways. When I walked out of that service, I was in shock at hom much better I felt. I kept saying to myself, "You gotta do this more often." It's a hard feeling to explain. Besides the obvious fact that my stress level was reduced and my body felt sooo much better, I almost fell high. It was like all of my senses were hightened. I left, went home and slept like a baby. The Contour Day Spa comes very highly reccomended by myself. It is not by accident that they have emerged as the elite spas in the area. I will come back every time.

p.s. They have a cafe on the first floor with great Pizza. I would defenitly check it out!!!
