wow, where could I begin, I had the Journey to Eden experience and first they started me with hand and foot relexology, which was amazing and then it was a soak in a hydrotherapy tub where i was given a light neck shoulder and scalp massage. This was the most enjoyable experience that I ever had. To start off with the massage therapist was very professional and punctual. The staff was also very nice and attentive to my needs. They offered me water when I came in and when I left. I would reccommend this place to anyone and I know I will be back again. Pros: relaxing spa week massage more

MY DAY AT CONTOUR DAY SPA WAS THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE DAY EVER. I STARTED WITH A MASSAGE WHICH WAS VERY RELAXING AND SMOOTHING TO MY BODY AFTER THE MASSAGE I HAD THE LOOFAH BODY SCRUB WHICH AFTER MADE MY BODY EXTRA SOFT AND POLISHED. I have gone to both locations, but recently went to the Hard Rock location for services and fell in love with it...everyone super nice and very professional, I received reflexology with a pedicure and it was pure bliss. My husban bought me a gift certificate, I had Facial (which was good). a manicure Pedicure ( massage chairs did not work ) and had my eyebrows done. They burned my eyebrows and then tried to say it was my fault for doing a pealing at the same time(when the same lady did both). Manager suggested that I paid for another one in 2 weeks and if still had the same problem they would refund both services. I told him I was not satisfied and he did not care. NEVER WOULD GO BACK, I had burnt marks for a week on below my eyebrows. Pros: location Cons: bad service and management more

My husband bought me a day spa at Contour Day Spa for my B-Day I felt a wonderful energy as I walked into this full service spa, South Floridas largest. I was greeted by friendly staff and left alone to unwind until my treatments were delivered in a relaxed setting. The most special aspect of this spa experience was the well- trained and knowledgeable staff of 200 therapists and technicians, led by a talented and caring new spa director, Theresa Lovell. The staff offered excellent advice for both troubled muscles and spinning minds. At the end of my treatments I was much more relaxed than when I walked in; I did not feel hovered over, but I did feel cared for in a special kind of way. I cant wait until another birthday or Mothers Day that coming around for another gift from my husband!!! Pros: Positive Energy more

My day at the Spa 2/3/2009

When to Contour Day Spa in Plantation. I experience there Journey to Eden, and let me tell you it was fantastic. This is an experience that everybody who needs an escape from everyday life. Then i proceeded to have my hair done. The Brazilian Kertin Hair treatment totally changed my hair. I use to take 1 hour to dry and flat iron my hair. It only takes about 20 min to dry and I really do not need to flat iron my hair anymore. Also had my brows wax and a manicure and pedicure. I came out of there as a new woman. more

The Best Spa in South Florida 1/28/2009

I booked 4 appoitnments for my models to recieve massages, facials, and hair wash and style. I couldnt find a spa in south florida that openend until 8pm that offered all 3 of these sevices until I searched and found Contour Day Spa. They young lady that I spoke to booked the appoitment for me and was very helpful and sweet on the phone I wanted for her to come work for me..lol.lol The young ladies went in for the massages and facials and they pampered them and gave them slippers and robes, and recieved complimentary sauna and steam room services, with complimentary hand treatments. I'm not sure how this spa makes there money giving all these Free thing out, But hey if its Free we want it. Anyways the young ladies loved there massages, and facial and there hair were insane. later that night we went to Roberto Cavalli fashion show and everyone couldnt stop talking about there Hair. GREAT DAY SPA AND SALON 8/2/2008

My sister's sweet 16 was last week so I made her appointments in contour for a massage, nails, toes, hair and makeup. When she was done with her services she looked perfect, and everybody tought that she look extremely beautiful. but the best part was the next day when she couldn't stop talking about her amazing experince at the spa, she loved everything and i was sooooo happy that she liked her b-day present from me. It really was the perfect gift. more

They really know how to pamper you 8/2/2008

I'm 7 months pregnant and beliave it when i say that it is too much! So my husband send me to the spa yesterday, and it was the best thing that he could have ever done. I got a prenatal massage that was incredible, it was so good because it help me release all the pain from my back and my legs that were killing me, and they i had a manicure and a pedicure that i loved. My experince was amazing and i recommend to everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Unprofessional. Customer service is obsolete. 7/7/2008

I went to Contour Day Spa before I went on vacation to have an eyelash tint. They appariently had lost my reservation. The women who was assigned to do the eyelash tint had to first remove my make-up before applying the dye. She failed to clean the remover off my eyes before applying the tint. It began to run all over my face. She cleaned it up but basically the tint didn't take because it was applied over the remover. I was so appalled at the lack of knowlegde and unprofessionalism I didn't come back for the facial. I have had tints done before and couldn't believe the lack of knowlegde. I will never spend a dime at Contour Day Spa ever again. Pros: Aesthetically pleasing. Cons: Unprofessional. Horrible customer service. more

A PIECE OF HEAVEN 6/19/2008

My sister is in town so i wanted to take her somewere different, so my husband gave the idea of going to the spa, so i decided to put a group together for it. So yesterday me, my sister, my mother and my best friend went to the spa. Making the reservation was so easy, i just had to send them a list of names with the services, and when it was ready they called me, to confirm everything was ok with me, i didn't have to wait on the phone or anything. When we checked-in they had all our paper work ready, so it was so easy to prepay, then we went upstairs for our services, and we just loved it! they always took us at the same time, our pedicures were side by side, and they just treated us like queens, this was an experience that we will never forget. I recommend it to everyone Pros: They are so organized and everything is so clean Cons: I didn't want to leave more

The most relaxing day of my life 6/19/2008

my boyfriend gave me a gift certificate for Contour last week for my B-day and I loved it. He got me this amazing package, that just had everything you can imagine in it, i had a body treatment, a massage, a facial and my nails and toes done, and it was amazing!!!!!!!! Their staff was soooooooooo nice, every technician called me by name, and they were so attentive. I WILL DEFINATELLY BE GOING BACK AND MAYBE NEXT TIME I'LL TAKE MY BOYFRIEND SO HE CAN ENJOY A BIT OF PARADISE TOO. Pros: THEY HAVE SO MUCH TO OFFER Cons: ABSOLUTELLY NOTHING more

Dirty, Non-responsive and Disappointing 6/11/2008

I've been to Contour in Plantation 4 times over the past 3 years. Unfortunately, their service, staff and facility has deteriorated each visit. Most recently, I sent my assistant there w/her fiance for their Together Forever pre-marital package. She described piles of dirty towels everywhere, including into the sauna which they were using, several dirty hot tubs, and non-responsive or non-existent staff. There was a scheduling error, so between their massage and nail treatments there was an hour gap of time. Between treatments, there was nobody around to direct them to the relaxation rooms, the restaurant or anywhere else. I'm sorry I sent my friends there as a wedding gift. It certainly wasn't the special day I'd hoped for, for them. Pros: Impressive facility, decent parking. Cons: Dirty towels everywhere!? Pedicurist on cel phone, doing one-handed leg scrub/massage. more
