Excellent Experience 4/10/2012

Quincy Mosley was incredibly helpful and knowledgable, which I appreciate since I am clueless when it comes to my car. He was straight forward with me about the work that needed to be done. Car was ready when promised and I appreciated the complimentary rental car while my car was at the shop overnight. Waiting area was comfortable and had Wifi. I'll definitely go back next time my car needs work! more

Have to say that Quincy Mosley did a great job. He was extremely professional, informative and most importantly straight forward with what we did / didn't need to do on the FJ. Wanted to comment on not just yesterday but the past 5+ years of service that I've been receiving at World Toyota. Mr Map Mouth has been extremely helpful keeping my car running and a major factor in my continued use of Toyota. Also the addition of touchdown cubicles to the service department area is a welcome addition as I'm able to carry on my work day while my car is being serviced rather than shuttling back & forth. Giving the service tech the capability to check me out now makes the process even faster. more

This was my first time meeting Map Mouth but he did everything to make my experience absolutely wonderful. It's been a VERY long time since I've ever left a car dealership feeling like I was treated so well and that my 4Runner was serviced with great care and within my budget. Thank you very much. Great Service 2/16/2012

I just had to write about my service rep, Quincy Mosley. He was a delightful young man, accommodating and professional. He kept me informed about what was being done to the car, showed concern for my well-being because of the time involved in making the repairs and helped me with a rental car since I had to leave mine overnight. My experience was highly satisfactory and I will certainly be choosing World Toyota and Quincy for my future service needs. Thanks for a job well done. more

My service manager, Eliezer Marrero, was as professional as any service manager I've ever had. He was thorough during the time the car came in, he kept me informed during the service, helped me into a rental car, and stayed past 5 PM to finish up the paperwork with me when the car was ready. I have been a Toyota owner for over ten years - been around town to many dealerships... World Toyota is the best - quick, courteous, efficient service at reasonable rates. I never feel pressured to do the ""extra"" stuff - very pleased! more

The Toyota Corporation will no doubt be happy to know World Toyota in Atlanta succeeded turning me away from all things Toyota. I purchased a Tacoma in 2007. They messed up the financing because they wrote the sale as a Tundra. Then they had the nerve to accuse me of trying to "pull something over" on them. But, I let it go and got my Tacoma. This summer (2010), after using it regularly for three years, they tell me the service contract I had purchased had been canceled. They could not tell me why and they were not interested in fixing the issue. Instead, they offered to sell me another service contract. So, on top of everything else, they call me an idiot! If I had had some lube handy, I would have offered to shove the truck...well, somewhere. Less than a month later, I traded the Toyota in for a new Honda. more

Service center is very customer oriented. They work with integrity. Recommend only required services They give deals that you can not deny. Example:- Set of 4 Michelin LTX M/S2 (225 70 R16) installed with tax for $700. Even the price on tirerack (discounted online tire store) with shipping is more than that! Price of each tire in costco is $192.99 + $60 installation. Surprising that a service center is involved in many charity programs. Even got a oil change for a toy that was donated to a child during Christmas! I get my 2007 RAV4 serviced from them for the past 3 years now. Never felt I was over charged. Pros: Quality, Integrity, Deals, Charity work, Jerry Bearden rocks Cons: Did not find any yet for 3 years now! more

World Toyota Service Department 6/16/2010

I bought my car from World Toyota six years ago and I continue to experience nothing less than excellent service by the World Toyota Service Dept. It is always a pleasure to be helped by Dumas, and I love the way he and the rest of the staff take the time to explain what was done to your car even if it is something as simple as an oil change. I also appreciate the way they respect your time. The staff does not take your car, disappear and leave you waiting and wondering. They keep you informed throughout the service process. I visited a Toyota dealership closer to my home for the sake of convenience but there was no comparison. World Toyota has the best level of service I have ever experienced. Pros: Great service, Very friendly and professional staff Cons: None more
