Since I have purchased 3 or 4 vehicles from Woodhouse, I hoped you would give me a little better financial deal. That is why I traveled 3 hours to buy one from you. I could have stayed in my hometown and purchased one for the price I got from you. I really liked my salesman, Dennis Nicholson, though. more

The dealership is very efficient and the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. The financial department was helpful and paperwork was painless and fast. Would definitely buy more vehicles from Woodhouse and especially that specific store and salesman. more

Excellent experience from the moment we were contacted. Matt Chrans did a great job, and was frank and polite whenever we interacted, which was a pleasant switch from prior experience with another dealership. My husband and I both felt that we were being helped to buy a car rather than "sold" a vehicle. We appreciated the assistance provided by Stephanie Brei, since this was the first time we had ever dealt with financing and bank loans and were impressed with the level of service provided when we explained exacty what we could afford. We never felt pressured, and are very happy with our purchase. more

Everything was as expected. Good, friendly service. Acknowledgement of areas of wear, but no pressure to make a quick decision when one wasn't needed. I believe there are only three grades (1 star = dissatisfied with an accompanying explanation). (2 stars = satisfied as expected, since I always expect great service this is the most common and should be a very satisfactory result - how can you ask for more than your expectations being met), and (3 stars = extraordinary - well above expectations also accompanied by an explanation of why the service department went beyond expectations - hard to do when my expectations of your service department are high and almost always met) more

Trevor Peterson is very pleasant to work with,he listened to what we wanted,showed us a number of CX-5s,and then took time to explain all the things one needs to know about a new set of wheels! Sales manager Bill "Best Deal" Gilmore checked out our old wheels,and carefully explained our values,and options on purchasing,or leasing, Stephanie Biel,in financing,was also very pleasant to deal with,and took time to also explain things to us! We bought our 11yr old Tribute from Woodhouse in 2004,am glad that we came back for the CX-5 Touring! Pleasant staff,pleasant place to deal with! more

When I came in to purchase my first vehicle as a senior in high school I wasn't really sure what to expect. I had spent a lot of time looking into different types of cars as far as color and vehicle size goes. You know, all the fun stuff! But I wasn't really sure what to look for in terms of a "good find" when searching for a used vehicle. Despite the fact that I have relatives who have and do work for Woodhouse, I took my saved budget into consideration and looked around Omaha for the best used cars out there. To be completely honest, there were a couple of places that sold their used vehicles for a cheaper price then Woodhouse, but the quality was not comparable! I ended up purchasing my 1996 Chevy Beretta (White with a single purple/blue stripe on both sides) and it was the best decision I could have made. This vehicle was a tank!! I owned it for two years. My senior year, and my freshman year of college. I drove this vehicle to Chadron, NE where I schooled, and back to Omaha on multiple occasions. An 8 hour drive one way, and never once did I experience an issue. I don't think I can say enough how truly thankful I am to have been able to find such a reliable vehicle. I know without it's dependability, my first year of college so far away from home would have been completely different! I may not have known what to expect coming in for the first time to buy a used car, but Woodhouse has set the bar high for my future vehicle purchases. Thanks so much! more
