My favorite Dr. , Midwife , nurses, office , everyone was the greatest.

I do not know Dr. Moulton, nor was he part of my healthcare team. However, I trusted this office with my prenatal care....my precious baby had a congenital heart defect and a mass...

I struggled between 1 & 2 stars and settled on 2 given the fact that I haven't had the opportunity to meet EVERY practitioner here (and I never will). I'm actually very sad to write such a negative review since I went here while pregnant with my first child and was SO happy with Dr. Langaker who moved shortly after I gave birth. Due to my prior experience, I had no qualms about going here when I found out I was pregnant with my second child. This would very soon change. \r \r My initial appointment was just ok. The nurse & practitioner that I saw didn't wow me at all but I chocked it up to new pregnancy anxiety and scheduled my ultrasound & next visit. The ultrasound went great. I was called back on time and done within a few minutes. After waiting for the doctor for what seemed like an eternity, my husband asked what was going on. The receptionist said they would be calling us back shortly. We watched women check in, get called back & leave as we sat there for 90 minutes. Pregnant & hormonal, I was losing my cool and we were about to walk out when I was called. I told the nurse I needed to be seen within 15 minutes and she said it would probably be another 30-45 minutes in the exam room. Unacceptable. She said it wasn't their fault, it was a ""scheduling conflict"" that my ultrasound appointment and doctor visit were somehow scheduled 2 hours apart. Absolutely ridiculous. She unsuccessfully attempted to get me to reschedule but I knew I wouldn't be coming back. \r \r Furthermore, after I switched to a caring & friendly office, they refused to send my medical transcripts in a timely fashion saying they could ""take up to a month."" Anyone who has been pregnant or had a major health condition knows that waiting a month for health records is far from ideal and can pose major problems. After multiple contacts by my new provider, they finally caved and sent them over a week later. \r \r Finally, the old, neglectful clinic had the audacity to pre-bill me for the birth after I left and even charged my insurance. Needless to say, they have been absolutely miserable to deal with to get that fiasco straightened out. They have literally taken what should be an exciting & happy time in my family's life and turned into a paperwork nightmare with no remorse and no apologies. I strongly encourage you to go to another clinic as I have. Northland Women's Group has been wonderfully accommodating, especially after they, too experienced the lack of care & customer service from WHCG. more

Dr. Tony Moulton is not a good doctor. I suffered from severe uterine fibroid tumors for five years. His advice was to do nothing and wait for menopause. My life was ruled by these tumors. A friend recommended Dr. Cranston Cederline. He immediately did a laproscopic hysterectomy. I was out of the hospital in 24 hours and driving in three days. My life was given back to me. Dr. Moulton let me suffer and sometimes the meds he gave me only made the problem worse. When I asked his office for my medical records they took 30 days to send them to Cederline's office. Legal, yes, but a horrible way to treat people. I called each week begging for my med records. Do not go to this doctor. Do not go to this clinic. more

My precious son had a congenital heart defect and a mass in his lung, both were undetected. I have done much research and i believe many of the symptoms I experienced while pregnant were typical of mother's with babies that have these anomalies. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. Please be sure you have good prenatal care, nice is not enough, you need someone that is a great diagnostician just in case you are one of the few that has a baby with congenital conditions. I feel horrible that I entrusted my care to this office!!!!!! more
