Honest 4/4/2014

I am a real estate agent that frequently has listings or buyers that have inspections pointing out broken seals that cause moisture between the glass panes. I got online to try to get educated, but there seems to be a great debate. So, I called a few glass companies to get their take. The gentleman answering the phone was knowledgeable, honest and even had recommendation for me when I list a home which may be an option for a homeowner. I was so impressed that they are now officially in my contact list as a vendor that I will recommend to my clients. more

Repair of an old sliding glass door 2/28/2014

Glass pro responded promptly to my on- line inquiry. They had Darren out a week later. He did not have replacement wheels so he left telling me someone would call me. Two weeks later I still had not heard from Glass Pros so I sent a message. They promptly responded, apologized for the miscommunication, and sent Darren the following day. Darren took my old door and made it work. The work was discounted. I was very pleased that this company had the integrity to make right their mistake and compensate me for the inconvenience. They were always professional and pleasant when speaking to me. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them again. more

Excellent quality, dependability and superb service! 2/16/2014

I had a double-pane window broken in my vacant home. I called WindowGlassPros and they did everything I asked without asking to many questions. Nick came, took measurements, I gave him a check (resonable) and he not only ordered the new window but also installed it when I was away from home. How he did it I still don't know. Quality of his work is: The Highest. I wish we had more businesses with such work ethics as WindowGlassPros. I highly recommend them for all your glass and window projects. more

New window 12/19/2013

I had to use Window and Glass Pro when someone tried to break into our office. After making several calls to many other widow repair business, I found that Window and Glass Pro was the best price, the fastest response and the gentleman who showed up to do the work was quick, professional and above all had great customer services skills. I recommend Window and Glass Pro!!! more

Extremely Rude. 9/25/2013

The scheduling person was rude when I tried to make an appointment for a free estimate. I was told "well it aint free for us". I found another company that will do the job for half the price that I was quoted over the phone. When I called back to cancel my appointment they again were very rude to me, and hung up. So glad I did not use this company. more

Excellent service & price 9/5/2013

Our son broke one of our windows so we shopped around and found out that they had the best price. The best part was the service. They came out to our home and measured the glass. Told us it would take 4 to 6 days to have the window made. They were back to install the window within that time period. They were very professional and polite. I'm so glad I know who to call if this ever happens again. more

Beautiful Product! 6/16/2013

After getting my order squared away, Rodney made it happen as promised and Derrick installed it beautifully. I'm extremely pleased with the final service and end product. The mirror I ordered for my second bath truly brought a wonderful closure to the remodeling of that bathroom as well as my overall townhouse renovations spanning six months. Would recommend to everyone. 6/15/2013

We just purchase a house that had seven windows with moisture between the panes that needed to be replaced. We got an allowance of $300 per pane at closing. The sellers home inspector recommended Window & Glass Pros as one of three companies to call for an estimate. They came in below the allowance and the other two companies so we went with them. Everything went as expected. They showed up on time for both the estimate and the installation. Workmanship was great and very friendly. Steve in the office was always on top of the order and could answer our questions. more

Will recommend 2/21/2013

Upon selling my home, I was told that the windows were not operating right, I called Window&Glass Pros, and instead of selling me something that I didn't need, they informed me that the windows indeed were performing as they were meant. This saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you A.C. Curtis for your integrity. I will definitely recommend Window & Glass Pros more

Excellent job by Brian 2/13/2013

We had someone break into our house while we were out for the night. We came home late to find a big whole where our patio glass use to be. We called a few places and Brian at Window Glass Pros offered the quickest service at a very reasonable price. He was here within an hour with the replacement glass and had it fixed in no time. New Shower Enclosure - We could not be happier with the results. 1/19/2013

During the remodeling of our master bathroom our general contractor recommended that we use Window & Glass Pros to design and install our shower enclosures. We could not be happier with the results. They came right out and measured once the tile was set. Within a week they were back to set the glass and everything is fantastic. The glass is beautiful and the hardware is just what I wanted. The whole process was excellent. They answered every time we called and answered all our questions immediately. We always new what was going to happen and when. The whole team was very professional, well trained and interested in help us something you dont always get from a contractor. We recommend them to everyone. more

Window & Glass Pros was extremely professional and polite from the first call to the final installation. We had problems with nine windows and they fixed everything for a third of the cost we were looking at with new windows. They did a great job and highly recommend them to anyone!! more

I would like to recommend Brian as he did a fantastic job fixing our sliding glass door. He was very helpful in explaining what caused the problem and the project went exactly as prmised. During the job one of ourneighnors asked him for a quote and he ended up doing the job. They were also very happy with his work. more

Excellent Company 12/14/2012

We had a broken double pane window and a couple of windows and doors that would not open properly. I called around and found the staff at W&GP to be the most knowledgeable and helpful. The other companies I called just had appointment setters answering the phone. W&GP had experienced personnel that took the time to understand my problems and recommend solutions. Brian came out to give us the estimate and he was even more knowledgeable. He was very professional and not pushy about the sale. Quick late night service at a very fair price. 10/7/2012

We came home to a break-in yesterday evening. Called Window Glass Pros to see if they could fix our sliding glass door. Nick came right out and put new glass in the door in no time at all.
