Glass pro responded promptly to my on- line inquiry. They had Darren out a week later. He did not have replacement wheels so he left telling me someone would call me. Two weeks later I still had not heard from Glass Pros so I sent a message. They promptly responded, apologized for the miscommunication, and sent Darren the following day. Darren took my old door and made it work. The work was discounted. I was very pleased that this company had the integrity to make right their mistake and compensate me for the inconvenience. They were always professional and pleasant when speaking to me. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them again.
