I'm the manager at a very busy nightclub. I have had a few windows broken in the past few months and glass pros come through every time... this time Troy Marsh came to fix the front door window... these windows have been replaced quite often so the mounting hardware is a little worn out... Excellent Service! 11/19/2011

Our entire back sliding door had shattered and after multiple failed attempts to have another independent glass guy come fix it we turned to glass pros. They were fast, friendly, fairly priced and professional. Our technician Troy Marsh was awesome! Such a friendly guy and did an excellent job. We would recommend him and glass pros to anybody! more

Great price/exceptional quality 11/17/2011

We recieved quotes for a window replacement and a glass shower insert. We not only needed the glass, but also the expertise to make sure they looked good. The whole team was exceptional and we love the result. The price was competitive and the quality was great. I will use them again on future work and highly recommend them. more

Excellent Job 4/21/2011

My wife and I have used Glass Pros for many years now. I have to say, the good service we've received in the past has gone from good to excellent based on your performance on April 16th. The crew could not have work any cleaner than they did, both inside and outside. In the past there may have been one or two windows that need touch up when you were done - my wife and I are very particular. This year, we did not have to touch one window. i called this company early in the morning, and by late afternoon, they fixed my duel pane window, the customer service was excellant, and the glass installer was friendly, and very helpfull! also the pricing was the lowest i could find! great people, great company! more

Its not often you get the best service and the best price from one company. 3/25/2011

We came home late one night last week to find that someone had broken through our sliding glass door to rob our home. My wife said it had to be secured before we went to bed. I called four glass companies and got voice mail. Window & Glass Pros answered the phone in the middle of the night and dispatched a man with a replacement door. He had the mess cleaned up and a new door installed within an hour of arriving. When the other companies called back I learned that we had paid the going rate for a door replacement but what was interesting was that Window & Glass Pros charged half as much as the other companies for what they called emergency service. Its not often you get the best service and the best price from one company. Hopefully we will not need them again but if we do, I will call Window & Glass Pros first. Thanks again Nick for getting out of bed and helping us out. more
