I had to laugh when I saw the cartoon on this website with the woman with her leg up trying to pry the siding glass door open. Although our door was not quite that bad, it was extremely difficult to open. Gary and AC came out and replaced the rollers and instant change. What a difference. I try to always support the local business man and Gary and AC are the best. We are extremely please with the quality of their work and highly recommend them. more

We could not find anyone to fix our shower door which was coming unhinged, not even the original manufacturer. Glasspro came out, and fixed the door, and looks better than the original installation. more

I was very pleased with the work that Window Glass Pros did. We needed new glass and the panes that were on the glass were old and no longer available. The technician had to remove the old metal grids without damaging them and then reattach them to the new glass. He worked really hard and was sucessful! This saved me a great deal of money. We had a burglary at our house in December. I called and said I work in the Airpark also and had a slider to be reglazed and I needed a piece of safety glass for a French door. They said it was okay to come over but they didn't have safety glass per se. When I got there they had worked out a perfect substitute. Got to know the guys a little as I waited. They are very professional and fine men as well. Everything fit perfectly when I got home and installed the glass piece they had cut for the French door. Their precision was remarkable! more

I own a remodeling company and update homes for investers who are flipping properties. Late on a Fridsay afternoon one of my crews broke two windows in a house that was being shown to a buyer the next day. My glass company said they could not get to it until Monday afternoon. Window & Glass Pros came right out and measured the windows. They went back to their shop and built two replacement windows and put them in the same night. They saved a big customer for me and they will get all my glass business in the future. more

After a night out we came home to find our house was broken into. They smashed the back patio sliding glass doorwhat a mess! After working with the Police on the burglary report, we then had to deal with all the glass and the gaping open hole in our house. WGP came out at close to 11:30 pm secured the door, cleaned all the glass up, and even at that late hour, the technician was pleasant, empathetic and very professional. After the glass came in a few days later, the experience was just as good! Need some help with your glass problemscall these guys! more

I did some checking around today for picture frame glass. Michaels Crafts wanted $116, and I would have had to come in with the frame to order, wait 2 weeks, then drive back again to pick up the glass. Window & Glass Pros come to my house this afternoon, cut the glass on site and assured that it fit perfectly into the frame, total charge for glass and onsite service was $74. I wanted to buy a bank owned house but many of the windows had moisture between the panes. My realtor told me to call Window & Glass Pros because they had help some of her other customers. They could not fix all of the windows but most of them came out great and the ones they could not fix, they replaced with new glass. Total cost was half compared to other glass companies. more

We were putting our house on the market after 15 years and wanted to get everything fixed before the home inspector came. Over the years I had neglected multiple window and door problems. I called a few glass companies and was surprised to hear that some of them wanted me to pay to have their sales/estimator come and sell me something. Finally I selected three. The first two sent over technician/installers that were in the area doing installations and neither of them could provide answers and estimates to fix all our issues without calling the office for help. Window & Glass Pros sent over a very knowledgeable experienced older full time estimator that offered solutions to all our problems and his price was less the either of the other two companies. (I think the other companies had to estimate high because they were not sure how long each job would take.) Everything else about Window & Glass Pros was also exceptional. They always answered the phone within a few rings and each department - scheduling, production, installation and accounting always knew what and when everything needed to happen for our projects. Thank you Steve, AC, Mario, Nick, Gary, Ted and Pat. Great job and we will recommend them to our friends and use them again to put a new shower enclosure in our new house after the holidays. more
