Great Service 9/17/2012

Over an 11 month period we had intermittent problems with our water heater which required about four service calls from Westbrook. Each time we thought the problem was fixed but then it would reoccur some months down the road. We became frustrated and I called Westbrook and explained that we had spent quite a lot of money over the past year and the problem required special attention. The following day Rick Polland came out with the service technician and the problem was correctly diagnosed and fixed. Coincidentally, upon their arrival we discovered our kitchen faucet was leaking. They also fixed that problem. Rick and the technician (Tom?) were there the entire day. I fully expected to be charged (at least) for the parts that were replaced and was amazed when Rick said he wasn't going to charge us a dime. He wanted us to be happy with Westbrook and call for their services in the future. It was the highlight of my day and we certainly will continue to hire Westbrook. What a great service oriented company! more

Trustwory, on-time and professional 6/26/2012

I have been using Westbrook for years and have never been disappointed. They are fair and honest and very reasonable with their pricing. Awesome 4/17/2012

Left a message with Service call center. Received a call promptly and set an appointment for 12 noon. Got a call that the tech could come sooner - swesome as I had no A/C! RESPONSE FROM Westbrook Service Corporation: We know it is never fun having no A/C so the sooner we get to you the better! more

No Followup Response 10/6/2011

Two weeks later, after several calls and emails saying we wanted our original unit back, no response has been received. We also have not received any form of receipt or invoice to document the installation, which we also requested. Prompt service, honest workers 10/3/2011

Westbrook fit me in their schedule when I was available. Service person was very nice and honest. Had another company out who tried to tell me I needed to replace my system. a bit disappointed this time 10/3/2011

I have used Westbrook since they were so kind to come out the actual day of Hurricane Charley to fix my sink... haven't needed them much for repair, but regular maintenance visits have been fine. Recently my a/c went out... as the technician came to look at it he realized it was the breaker and said something like 'I don't usually do electric'.... a surprising and unnerving comment from someone coming to work on an electrical appliance to start with... but then when he told me what the breaker would cost - $164 for a $20 part... I was floored. He gave me an authorized discount down to $100 because I mentioned having been a long time customer...however, I was so disappointed that the fees are so extremely over priced - I am a single mom who recently lost her job... this was a big blow to me. It would be nice sometime to have someone get the authority to do a kindness and pay it forward in the community.... more

Unacceptable Installation 10/3/2011

I was extermely disappointed in the installation of my new heat pump. I was told by the saleman that installation of any a/c system is most important and that Westbrook prides itself by providing quality installation. I guess he was wrong. The installer never completely sealed around the air handler and I was losing almost 50 of cold air which was important when cooling down a house which had no ac for almost a week in the middle of summer. RESPONSE FROM Westbrook Service Corporation: Installation and service are our top priorities at Westbrook. After a revisit from the installation team as soon as the problem was known, it was determined that the plenum was separated from the unit which was causing the loss of air. The separation may have been caused by a lack of drying time or mastik. more

Salesman poor follow up and not sure if we could trust him. however installer Anthony very competent and likeable 9/24/2011

Did not follow through and definitely lost faith in the company and then was advised by the installer that this was "the furthest area the company has ever installed in" what about "service" will it be there when we need it? Also asked for two business cards, one for salesperson and one for service - received neither. RESPONSE FROM Westbrook Service Corporation: Thanks for the feedback. Excellent Unit, Difficult Installation, Overall Satisfaction 9/22/2011

Really pleased with Lennex 21 A/C, First installation was not satisfactory. Re-Installation by Anthony Hooks was excellent. Drake Island Construction's work was excellent.Overall, after the reinstallation was completed, I am very pleased. High marks to Anthony Hooks who fixed the Air Handler space. Great Service 8/23/2011

We had water flowing - flooding the house in the middle of the night and couldn't determine where the leak was or how to shut the water off! We called Westbook at 4:00 AM on a Sunday morning! The situation was assessed quickly, temporary measures put into place until another plumber could be here to fix the slab leak on Monday morning. Could not be more satisfied - thanks, Westbook for your professional and very knowledgeable employees! Air conditioner replacement 8/22/2011

Well done, all around! Dan did a great job with the initial assessment and scheduling Shawn. Shawn worked with me to get the right system. Anthony and Jeff worked non-stop through the threatening weather to install the system. And everyone back at HQ that I spoke with was very helpful. A good leader would give you all a 15 raise. Great Company, Great Service, Great Energy Savings!!! 8/12/2011

Just wanted to let you all know, We had our A/C replaced in May with your Lennox 17 SEER unit, both the Handler and the Compressor. Our old unit died on and Saturday, your technician promptly came out and stayed until 7pm trying to get out old system to come to life. We ended up needing a new unit. We had a 16 year old 10 SEER unit 5-ton unit that completely failed. We have a 2800 SQ.Ft. home and my wife is a teacher so she and the two kids are home during the summer, the peak A/C usuage months. Here are some numbers you might like, I know I did! June Power Bill - last Year 94 KWH?Day This Year 68 KWH/day about $175 Savings. July Power Bill - Last Year 113 KWH/Day This Year 76 KWH/Day about a $220 Savings. Those are real numbers you can share. I should recover the cost of this A/C in 5-6 years, even before the warranty runs out. Your service and installation was extremely professional and quick. Had my dishwasher and gas stove hooked up. 8/11/2011

He did a great job on the gas stove.But my dishwasher has standing water in it after cleaning dishes.may be need to have a drain that goes past the sink to the out door wall.But I don't like it when not all the water drains out after washing dishes.
