I have used Westbrook since they were so kind to come out the actual day of Hurricane Charley to fix my sink... haven't needed them much for repair, but regular maintenance visits have been fine. Recently my a/c went out... as the technician came to look at it he realized it was the breaker and said something like 'I don't usually do electric'.... a surprising and unnerving comment from someone coming to work on an electrical appliance to start with... but then when he told me what the breaker would cost - $164 for a $20 part... I was floored. He gave me an authorized discount down to $100 because I mentioned having been a long time customer...however, I was so disappointed that the fees are so extremely over priced - I am a single mom who recently lost her job... this was a big blow to me. It would be nice sometime to have someone get the authority to do a kindness and pay it forward in the community....
