Installed a replacement heat pump system Sep 23, 2011. Installer removed high end electronic programmable thermostat and replaced it with a basic non programmable unit. Two weeks later, after several calls and emails saying we wanted our original unit back, no response has been received. We also have not received any form of receipt or invoice to document the installation, which we also requested.
