Professional and Thorough 1/12/2018

Dave B. and Chris were extremely professional and thoroughly explained the issue, as well as options and next steps to correct it. They kept me updated through every step of the process and also took care to clean up after their assessment, leaving my home spotless. Would definitely recommend. As much of an unpleasant experience that replacing or fixing an expensive furnace can be, they made the experience itself as good as it could be from a service standpoint. more

Kyle arrived to unclog a shower drain. Before performing the task, he thoroughly checked the water system to ensure issue was isolated to the shower drain. Drain was unclogged and now works as if new. more

this is Mr. Bernstein David is ready to leave my house and everything that had to be done was done with much consideration and is in good shape and he was very neat and in his appearance in the way he took care of my personal things that had to be moved to get to the areas where he needed I’ve had him once before and he’s a gentleman and I just want you to know that he can keep coming back whenever he has to thank you and have a nice holiday more

I am highly impressed by the service I received from Marco today. He was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the needed repairs to me in a very clear manner and was patient and thorough in answering my questions. He gave great advice about maintaining the furnace as well. He arrived within the specified time limit and also gave a call when he was going to be close to the home so we could be prepared. Many thoughtful touches were apparent with his service such as the use of shoe covers and transparent quoting of the repair costs. I would highly recommend this company and Marco in particular. more

Marco was extremely professional. He arrived within the time promised. Made sure his shoe covers were on before roaming the house. Asked for permission to sit at the table. Friendly chit chat. Explained everything he was going to do and then everything he found. He represented Weltman well. more
