I am highly impressed by the service I received from Marco today. He was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the needed repairs to me in a very clear manner and was patient and thorough in answering my questions. He gave great advice about maintaining the furnace as well. He arrived within the specified time limit and also gave a call when he was going to be close to the home so we could be prepared. Many thoughtful touches were apparent with his service such as the use of shoe covers and transparent quoting of the repair costs. I would highly recommend this company and Marco in particular.
