Excellent Service 11/16/2017

Ronnie came to determine if our radiant heating system needed repairs - it was not working well for us. He did a thorough evaluation and identified a pump as being improperly wired. He got the system to work provided a reasonable estimate for repairs should the pump need replacing. He was a pleasure to work with. more

A+++++ Service 11/16/2017

Dave not only performed the standard servicing necessary for my furnaces, but he informed me of a humidifier filter that needed replacing which I did not even know existed. Also sold me on a couple Air Scrubber systems that I have only heard good things about and look forward to them helping my daughter and dog (both with bad allergies). Thanks Dave. more

Rich came very late, after a very busy day. He was determined to figure out why our Furnace wasn’t working and retained his pleasant attitude & answered all our questions And he did eventually find the answer which was an unusual cause. Now we have Heat and he finally got to go home on this very cold night more

Great service 11/8/2017

Found Weltman HS through HomeAdvisior ... rating were really good so I gave them a call. They were able to come within 24 hours of me calling. First, the window of time they provided sounded unreal -- they said between 8:00-8:30 am (my wife and I joked around it and said, yeah right! We'll be here all day waiting for them to show up). But then I had a couple of calls, one the night before to confirm the time and another one this morning to confirm 8:15 a.m. To our surprise, they showed up right on time!!! A GREAT WAY TO SHOW THEY ARE RESPECTFUL OF YOUR TIME. Then the service -- we had Richard H. He was very courteous, explained what needed to be done and did a great job without making a mess. We'll definitely be adding Weltman HS to our list of home services providers. more

Brian L was great! He arrived as expected (actually, the office called to say he could arrive even earlier than expected, if that worked for us), and he was knowledgeable, personable, and articulate. He inspected our unit thoroughly, and then he delivered the bad news that we need a completely new unit, letting us down ever so gently. After explaining things to me, he patiently spent almost 20 minutes on the phone answering my husband's questions. Brian L. is a credit to Weltman. more

Plumbing Emergency Service 11/3/2017

Called or an emergency service and the plumber was at my house in about an hour. Brent has been at my house before and always does a good job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. I have always been satisfied with the service that Weltman provides. I liked that they sent an email confirmation of the appointment and a picture of the technician coming. They also called at the end of the day asking me to evaluate the service. more
