I have enlisted the services of Wellborn for about ten years and have never been disappointed. In May of 2016 they replaced a ten-year-old spring and, just recently, they serviced...

Worst

I had issues with a Genie opener and was told by the Welborn technician that the circuit board was bad and could not be replaced and recommended that I purchase a new opener for $...

Cody is the best! 6/1/2013

Cody has a positive attitude toward every garage door situation we have ever had. He went to the warehouse and got the proper seal needed to correct our problem (we have a house with foundation/shifting problems). I called for help in the morning, and Cody was here in the afternoon. He finished the maintenance check-up on the garage door in good time. I think you have a "keeper." Michael was at my home almost on the dot and wasted no time to evaluate the problems with my door and discussed my options with me with no pressures. I decided to replace the door and it was done the next day-and Micael tried to get it done the same day for me. Mike replaced the door and there was no mess at all. I feel like I got a great deal and will keep Wellborn doors on my list of who to call. more

Garage door repair 5/31/2013

I returned from vacation and my garage door quit working shortly after I pulled into the garage. I thought it was the garage door opener. The first person to respond to my request for a repairman said he couldn't fix the problem sight unseen. The second guy couldn't come until that following Monday. I called Welborn and a repair came the next day, early(great). The problem was immediately identified and repaired. I am completely satisfied. Thanks Welborn more

Awesome job !!!!! 5/31/2013

I needed to have a tune-up on our garage door so I found a coupon for Welborn Garage Doors. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician that came out was Chris. He carefully examined the door and found it to be in very good shape. The only thing it was in need of was new rollers as ours were breaking down. He proceeded to tighten all the screws and lubricated anything that needed it. Also had him replace the rollers. He was very polite and did an excellent job in a timely fashion. Would call them again if I ever need any work done on the garage door. more

Ibought a door from Home Depot and they got a Contractor to install it, two years later the door quit working, I called Home Depot and they said to call the Contractor,it was still under warranty, couldn't get any service, I called Wellborn, the service tech John fixed it real quick, he was very professional, I will use them from now on. more

Excellent experience despite bad news 5/30/2013

Purchased a tune up special and discovered that I had a broken spring on one of the 2 springs on my garage door. Chris was dispatched the same day I called, and he replaced both springs in very short order. The work was performed in a professional, courteous and clean manner, and my door is now working smoothly. Despite the expense I wasn't expecting, I was very pleased with the helpful and professional service I received. more

Exceptional Service Experience 5/30/2013

I would like to thank your company and in particular our Technician Michael B. I found your company through flyers mailed to my residence and when my spring broke, I found the flyer and called. Your Technician was able to come out even before the tentatively set time. He was friendly and professional. He explained what was needed as well as some suggestions for future work on the rollers. However, he was not pushy and said it was something that we should just consider in the future. I will keep this and mind and when we finish some other projects around the house will be calling Welborn again to do the work. Thanks more

First time user. Great experience! 5/29/2013

The technician, DW, was here within the prescribed time window. He went over the whole garage door completely explaining everything to me. He added screws to the hinges and lubricated the hinges, bearings and spring. He installed new nylon rollers and greased the screw. The door operated much better after the service. more

Garage Door Tune-up 5/28/2013

I signed up for a garage door tune-up on Amazon Local Deals and scheduled it for 5/20/2013. John came promptly (as scheduled) and performed the tune-up efficiently. Since I was already a Welborn customer, I felt good about this offer. A good job done by a true professional. more

I bought a garage tune service on amazon. I called the next day to set up an appointment. The lady on the phone was very courteous and helped me set up an appointment quickly (within 2 days). The technician showed up and was very friendly and helpful. He did his job great and explained to me what exactly he did. He left all the information just in case I needed to contact him again. He was very quick and efficient. I would definitely call this company in the future and would recommend to others as well. more

Daniel called ahead of time to tell me when he arrive, which I appreciated. He did a very thorough job and checked all items concerning the doors. He suggested sometime in the future, the spring on the smaller door would need to be replaced. Overall, excellent job. more
