I had issues with a Genie opener and was told by the Welborn technician that the circuit board was bad and could not be replaced and recommended that I purchase a new opener for $...

Welborn Garage Doors came and did an assessment for me. They haven't done work just yet, because my current door can't be repaired and I'm saving up to have it replaced. The technician was very detailed in his description of the issue, and now I have more knowledge of the maintenance required on a garage door! more

Quick to respond and fix my problem. 1/29/2015

I hired Welborn Garage Doors to come out to my house a few occasions to service my garage door opener. The last time I had to have it replaced the garage door opener. They do a great job for a great price. They make sure they clean up everything. They are a good trustworthy company. Very quick to respond. more

Excellent service--excellent tech, Cody 1/6/2015

We received a call telling us our tech was on the way. The tech arrived shortly after, well within the period we were told to expect someone. Our tech was Cody and I wish all service techs could be as pleasant and service oriented as Cody. He explained what he was doing and why. He asked if there was anything else he could for us or if we had any questions. Super, super job and a very pleasant person to talk to. We will surely use Welborn (we will request Cody as our tech) again, either for service or if we decide to purchase new doors. more

Welborn Garage Doors provides excellent service. They replaced our garage door opener, and before that they had done some service on the garage door. On both occasions the service technicians arrived on time and were absolutely great to work with. We are more than happy with their work, and would gladly refer them to others. more

Very pleasant and efficient. 12/17/2014

We called Welborn Garage Doors when we were having a problem with the noise in our garage door. We had a groupon for their service and they accepted it. They came over within few few hours and then diagnosed the problem quickly. The staff was very pleasant and nice. While they were at it, they also made a few other adjustments to keep the door in good shape. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone. more

The guy was very courteous, and he knew what he was talking about, and I felt that he was honest and fair on giving me the price. He went above and beyond, and people don't do that anymore, so I really appreciated that. He was also very efficient and did the work fast and was out, and that's what I look for. more

Courteous service offering just what you need 10/28/2014

Welborn Garage Doors fixed a new track on my garage doors, tightened the door, adjusted the springs, and also lubricated the door. He offered some suggestions of what we could do down the road. He made it easier to open and close my garage door. He was courteous and gave me just what I needed as far as my garage door was concerned. more

Great experience--repairs and new door done professionally and we're very satisified 8/21/2014

Welborn Garage Doors installed new door openers, repaired broken springs, and I felt that they were very responsive and honest. I would have liked to know more about pricing but I know it's a catch-22 because they don't know what they're going to be dealing with until they get here. It's just hard to say no once they're out here and started working already. more

I've had a very good experience with Welborn Garage Doors. I've been using them for years since I switched over from another company that started increasing their prices. Welborn offers a much more reasonable rate for their services and always do a good job with their repairs. They've always sent competent and friendly technicians and I've had no problems with them at all. more

Good service! 8/13/2014

Our total experience with Welborn Garage Doors was great. I had a spring come loose on my garage door, and I thought that's all I needed to get fixed. They came out and got me fixed up, then discovered what had caused the problem was the fact that our garage door opener had gone out. They had a coupon they had published in one of the coupon books, and the person that was helping me told me about it. I was able to save some money and still get the work done. They were very professional, very nice, and they did a good job! more

Good experience 7/31/2014

Welborn Garage Doors helped turn a bad situation into a good situation. There was a miscommunication when I called and cancelled the appointment but they sent out a technician anyways. I felt like they could have communicated better in the first place but he talked to his supervisor and got the whole situation sorted out. I couldn't have asked for better service from the technician. He repaired my door very quickly and efficiently. It's running very smoothly now and I would recommend their garage door repair services. more

A couple issues, but the door works fine now. 7/28/2014

I had a bit of an issue with the service from Welborn Garage Doors. When the gentleman came over to inspect my garage, he decided that I needed new rollers and that the rails needed tightening.I didn't think the rollers were an issue and they probably didn't need replacing. After he left, the door was jamming and sticking worse than it was before he came. I think it was because the rails had been tightened too much. But after a while, the rails loosened up and now the door works as it should. more
