I returned from vacation and my garage door quit working shortly after I pulled into the garage. I thought it was the garage door opener. The first person to respond to my request for a repairman said he couldn't fix the problem sight unseen. The second guy couldn't come until that following Monday. I called Welborn and a repair came the next day, early(great). The problem was immediately identified and repaired. I am completely satisfied. Thanks Welborn
