Satisfaction with a smile 9/20/2016

I have enlisted the services of Wellborn for about ten years and have never been disappointed. In May of 2016 they replaced a ten-year-old spring and, just recently, they serviced my garage door which went off track. Jason, whom I remember serviced my needs ten years ago, came out and eagerly attended to this urgent situation. He was friendly, helpful, and full of tips on how to maintain my garage door. I keep coming back to this business because they attend to the customer's needs on a timely basis and provide service with a smile. Who can ask for more in this day and age? more

late evening repair and allignment 9/8/2016

Cable knocked off drum and several rollers jumped out of track. Roshon did a great job getting door repositioned, replaced rollers and lubed all moving parts. Now runs quiet and smoove as a BA. more

Bought my door in November finally installed dec 24 sides of garage was damaged and reported to office by installer two months later damage isn't repaired yet. 2/21/2016

I bought a insulated garage door in November It was finally installed December 24 Installer damaged the new siding and called the office. He also put me on the phone with his supervisor and I gave him the trim color and the contact number for the installer now feb 20 and no repairs yet more

Does not fix what they damage 2/3/2016

Just had new siding installed 5 days earlier , installer cut springs on old door and it fell damaging both sides of new siding. Door was installed Dec 22 and no contact has been made since my last call to welborn I would like the damage fixed. more

Great Job!!! 9/29/2015

My garage door was making a loud sound and jerking when I open and shut it and I just knew it was going to be something bad and cost a lot to fix it. My brother gave me the number to Welborn so I called. I was so pleased with the service I got. They were timely and took care of my problem very fast. My service person, Aaron was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions. I was pleased with the price of the repair as well. Thank You Welborn from now on you are my garage door person! more

I have used Welborn for years and have been pleased with their service in the past so when my garage door wouldn't open I gave them a call. It turned out my 30 year old opener was shot so I had them put a new one in but I later found oil on my garage door and the floor beneath the opener was a mess of ceiling material and oil. They left a mess and when I called the gentleman that I spoke with told me to clean it up. Very disappointed! more

We are very pleased with our new garage door and the installation done by Mike. Rashon kept our old garage door repaired of several years until it finally collapsed in the middle. It was time for a new door.! We thought of calling Wellborn Doors first and are happy we did so. Dealing with Rashon and Mike has been a pleasure. They are both so very nice and efficient in their work. more

Welborn Garage Doors put in a top railing for me and did an excellent job. They also replaced the rollers of the garage doors for me. They arrived on time, did the job quickly, and were very polite and courteous. This was my first time using them, and I would absolutely use them again. more

This was my first time using Welborn, and I would gladly use them again. The technician showed up on the same day that I had called to have the rollers on my garage door replaced. He was professional and friendly, and did the work in a short time frame. I appreciated how he didn't try to sell me anything else. Overall I was very pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend Welborn to others. more

Satisfied With Their Service! 3/9/2015

I went to Welborn Garage Doors when I wanted a new garage door and they were pretty good. The only issue was that the repair technician wasn't familiar and didn't understand how some of the garage openers and garage doors worked, creating a technical issue that required him to spend two days--instead of one--working on my new garage. Other than that though, my garage door looks and works great and I'm happy with that being that their prices were so competitive. I would use them again! more

Quality work at a reasonable price. 2/24/2015

Welborn Garage Doors has a great staff that does quality work at a reasonable price. They recently updated my garage door for me. They lubricated everything, changed out all the wheels on the door, and adjusted whatever needed adjustments. It was good. Now my door is quieter, works well, and runs smoother. The man that they sent out here was very nice and explained everything very well. This was my first time using them, and I'd gladly use them again. Donnie Swango more

This was my first time using Welborn Garage Doors and I had a terrific experience. The serviceman was quick, efficient, and did a marvelous job. He did a very professional job replacing the springs and various other parts in our garage door since we couldn't get it to open and close. He also replaced the garage door opener. I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend them. more
