I am a very thorough person when making purchases, especially one as important as an engagement ring. I shopped around, and did not just buy a ring at the first store I looked at. My fiance lives in a different state, so I was responsible for not only finding a ring I loved but making sure I was getting quality for what I was paying for as well. Justin at Wedding Day made the experience doable! He was very patient, helped me figure out what I did and didn't like, and didn't pressure me at all. He was sincere about wanting to help me, educate me, and make the decision as easy as possible. Service is very important to me, and it's why I ended up choosing Wedding Day. Initially, I didn't find a ring I liked there, so I went back to Shane Co to pick out a diamond to go with the ring I liked. I asked a lot of questions, based on the information Justin told me when I was shopping at wedding day. The saleswoman at Shane Co brushed over my questions, never really giving me a clear answer. She basically told me the answers to my questions were not important. I did not want to have the wool pulled over my eyes when buying a diamond, so I went back to Wedding Day. I resolved to find something I liked there because I knew Justin and the staff would not rip me off. He gave me a ton of great information about diamonds, which helped me to figure out what I wanted. I felt like my friend, not a salesman, was helping me choose an engagement ring. I really felt like he had my best interests in mind. Also, they gave me the in-store display ring to take with me when I went that weekend to see my fiance, since the ring that I ordered would not be ready yet. While my ring was being made, they also had the diamond set in a TIffany Solitare ring that they gave me to wear until my ring was ready. Overall, I am so pleased with my ring. The style of it fits my personality perfectly. And the incredible service made my experience so much more enjoyable! I will recommend Justin and Wedding Day to anyone in the market for jewelry!
