I worked with Natalie at Wedding Day in Bloomington on a variety of jewelry needs. She is just an awesome salesperson. Customer service is her forte.
Not only does she have a great knowledge of jewelry and precious stones, she really understands the emotional nature of jewelry purchases. Let's admit it, jewelry can be a significant purchase, monetarily and emotionally. Natalie really made sure she understood my objectives in getting precisely the right diamond and setting. She really got to know me as a person so that she could find the best items for me. A wedding ring and diamond purchase led to several more ring purchases. She helped me with the restoration of several vintage rings I had inherited, and now is helping me with the purchase of a birthstone.
The long and short of it is that Natalie's focus was not on making a sale, it was on helping me find just exactly the right item that would make me the most happy!!! I have really enjoyed working with her over many months!!
