I would Not recommended Mr. Kristall. He is Unethical, unprepared and unprofessional. He will actually lie, and by lie I mean a full lie. His client was denying court ordered parenting time. He told the police that dad needed a ""Pick Up"" order to get his son. He knew very well that there was no pick up order in this or any other case. He had knowledge of this fact and still made the statement to help his client affect her violation. Helping, aiding or assisting a client in this capacity is dangerous and non-productive. It serves only to add money to his pockets by increasing litigation. So, in my opinion, he is not a good attorney.
