I leased my first Prius from Walser and Pat Stanley several years ago. I am on my third Prius. Just leased a 2010 Corolla this weekend and traded in my 99 Rav4. Spike, Larry, and the rest of the crew gave me an amazing experience the entire time I was there. I was so worried I would have a freakout moment and not be able to give up my Rav since I had it for so many years, but they made the entire experience so exciting, relaxing, and very fun. Poor service from my particular salesman and rude used car manager. If you like sitting in a dealership all day long this is the place for you. The approach is to set prices a bit above what most dealers are getting and it is for people who want to pay a little more so as not to have to dweal with the whole car buying "game" that people hate so much. The problem is, they still find a way to screw it up and treat people like crap. I visited several dealers and looked at a few different models of cars and this was the worst experience of any. I went to a few of the Rudy Luther dealers to look at different brands and dealt with people I thought were more professional and honest. If you want to pay a little more than you will at another dealership and get Wallmart levels of service, Walser Toyota is for you. Walking out after getting my keys back from an hour and a half trade appraisal was the bright spot to the day. more

When we got there we were greeted by Jason Henricks and he was able to give us information on deals they were having on what cars. He listened to our situation and went right to work for us. We weren't able to buy a car for about a month because we had to wait on the insurance company to handle a few things with car that was totaled. Jason did not give up on us and keep checking back with us to see where we were with things. Once we were able to buy the car, Jason did his homework and got us an AMAZING deal on exactly the kind of car we wanted, including color and style. Then we worked with Adam in the finance department. He was able to get us great payments and was able to get us a few extra things for the car while keeping us in the payments that we were looking for. Walser Toyota is a great service organization. Walser did a great job fixing the recalls on both of my 2009 Camry XLEs and they are running in tip top shape. More importantly, I recently had a challenging issue with my tires and they stepped up again with a fast diagnosis and amazing resolution to the problem. Their resolution to my tire problem was well above and beyond anything I could possibly suggest. A special thanks to Charlie Swenson, Kirsten Nelson, Glenn Sloggy, Jay Gilchrist and Kyle Maas. Walser Toyota in Bloomignton is so easy to find; very classy and clean place; very organize and very friendly atmosphere. It was an awesome experience.
