Fantastic Service Dept! 5/5/2015

I've been a customer of Walser for sometime now. If ever I've had a problem with my vehicle, Ed Roughton and his team have been fantastic with accommodating any issue I have encountered. I recently had a car problem in the morning and without any hesitation he told me to bring in at my convienence and they would look at it and get me a loaner if needed. This is fantastic customer service that is a rarity nowadays. They understand the importance of how we all rely on our cars and fix them as soon as possible to get us back on the road. more

Matt Cardenas 2/7/2013

Matt Cardenas is awesome! He made me feel comfortable by being professional and attentive. The manager Bob Julian was extremely helpful and made sure I got the best deal on my 2013 Terrain! I am so happy with my Terrain and I am so happy I chose Walser. I feel confident that any future service (oil changes, car washes) will go well. My experience with Matt Cardenas and Walser is by far the best I have ever had! more

Best Service With Best Price 1/22/2013

These folks are just so nice and I love the "Best Price" no negotiating way they do business. We did our homework and managed to save a substantial amount of money on the purchase of our new Enclave (it's a really beautiful, elegant SUV!) Everyone was very nice. Torey F. (sorry Torey but your last name spelling is too hard) was knowledgeable and paid a lot of attention to us, we appreciated that! We met most of the managers, lets see Mitch, Bob, Steve in parts, and a lady named Toni was consulted and helped Torey take care of us. We like that we got treated like we mattered and plan to service with these folks as well. It's a little further to go but we feel it is worth it! Thanks everyone I am the envy of my ladies group and I offer to drive everywhere we go! more

A pleasant used car buying experience 5/7/2012

My wife and I recently purchased a used Pontiac G6 convertible from Walser Buick GMC in Bloomington, working with Rob Hoffer and Brandon Fessler. Rob and Branden were both very knowledgable about this vehicle and were able to answer all of our questions, as well as providing Car Fax and dealer service reports. I really appreciated the low pressure sales approach from the Walser crew. I will definitely consider going back to them when I decide to replace my old Olds with a new Buick and I would highly recommend both of these sales associates to anyone looking to purcahse a used or new vehicle. more

I was looking for a specific car (2010 Camaro) and found at Walsers and they were great to deal with. Their salesmen ( Rob and Brenden) were very knowledgable on the vehicle that I ended up purchasing. I would recommend this dealership highly. more

Quality Service 3/11/2012

Matt Cardenas was an excellent salesperson. We reviewed vehicles online and found one specific vehicle and submitted an e-mail request to him. He immediately returned our e-mail and also contacted us via telephone. Given our distance 90 miles away and an impending snowstorm, he spoke with his supervisor and allowed us to put down a deposit on the vehicle until we could get to the dealership. He continued to stay in contact with us and had financing in place the day prior to our arrival. When we arrived, the vehicle was ready and after a test drive we were able to complete the sale in 20 minutes. He also followed up after our purchase to ensure our satisfaction. In the future, we will begin our vehicle search with Mr. Cardenas and this Walser dealership. Dr. & Mrs. G., Mora, MN. more

NOT IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!!!! 2/26/2012

Ended up buying an Impala form Walser in Bloomington and the purchasing wasn't a bad experience but isn't worth talking up by no means. The car was priced decent they were money under the competition. But after buying the car and getting it home and putting it under better lighting I discovered a dent on hood of the car, should be no big deal considering the size of Walser and the fact that they staff detailing people. So I called them up and had them take a look at it and they told me tough #$%* there was no way they are fixing it. It would of been nice to have this defect pointed out or at the least having it noted on the paperwork. So basically the few hundred bucks I saved off of their vehicle price is now going to be put towards body work at my expense. Nice customer service right???? I can honestly say 'I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANY MORE VEHICLES FROM WALSER!!!!' more

My thanks to Dan Jackson and Walser 2/19/2012

This is the first time I've felt bad about NOT buying a car. Recently I tried to buy an SUV from Walser. Unfortunately the vehicle I put a deposit on, struggled to make it to the dealership for several weeks. During that time, however, I proceeded to sell my Suburban in anticipation of the new purchase, and was now without a family hauler. Dan Jackson immediately took full responsibility for the delay and provided us with a loaner Suburban to fulfull our weekend cabin committments to our children and friends. Without hesitation Walser set out to make sure we were not inconvenienced in any way, and kept us updated on the new vehicle. By the time it arrived, we had decided we needed leather interior due to kids/dog, and we found a better deal elsewhere. I felt awful turning the keys back in on the free loaner Walser provided in an attempt to keep my business. However, Dan simply accepted them and wished us well with our new vehicle. That's the way to get future business! I would highly recommend Dan and Walser Buick as you look for a new vehicle. There is no doubt I'll "try" to buy a car from them again in the future. more

Recent Purchase 1/4/2012

Took delivery last week of our new GMC Terrain and was quite pleased with the ease of selecting a vehicle, completing the paperwork, and driving off the lot with new wheels all in the matter of a few hours. I had shopped this purchase around and found the Walser one price (after application of GM incentive) to be better pricing than otthers offered. Our 3rd but by no means final Walser purchase more

Very, very pleased with our experience with Walser Buick, GMC! We have been burned by other dealerships before so very gun shy about buying from dealerships but Matt C and Jeff made us belivers in dealerships and good sales people again!! They both went out of their way to help us find our vechicle, get the financing and making sure they stood behind their product. Would definently buy another vechicle from these guys and recommend them to others! more

Just bought a new Acadia Denali from Walser GMC, Bloomington. Worked with Colin & Bret....two professionals that are also, great guys. Helped me find the vehicle I wanted and walked me throught the entire process effortlessly. Colin even got my Blackberry sync'ed up with the Bluetooth for me. Nice. Excellent Customer Service 6/16/2011

The reluctant used auto shopper, my experience Ted and his team changed that. After making my purchase, I found my anntena was broke and most significantly the drivers seat head rest was agravating my neck injury from many years ago. Ted handled the anntena repair and Brian did his magic on my driver seat headrest. The headrest was not constructed to be adjusted, however, Brian would not give up problem solving this. Needless to say, I drove away from the dealship with my headrest repositioned and a smile on my face. Thank you for a special kind of customer service!! more

More than satisfied with car & dealer 4/28/2011

This dealership was timely, professional and persistent. I dealt with Irv Berndt for over a year while I considered buying a 2011 Regal. He stayed away when I asked him to and was caourteous and informative when I needed him. When it came time to buy, he took all the time I needed to find the right car, have it ready when I needed it and stepped me thru the finances until they suited me.
