I've been a customer of Walser for sometime now. If ever I've had a problem with my vehicle, Ed Roughton and his team have been fantastic with accommodating any issue I have encountered. I recently had a car problem in the morning and without any hesitation he told me to bring in at my convienence and they would look at it and get me a loaner if needed. This is fantastic customer service that is a rarity nowadays. They understand the importance of how we all rely on our cars and fix them as soon as possible to get us back on the road.
